The loop
Somnus is building a closed-loop data network for upper airway dysfunction: continuous sensing, consistent scoring, intelligent routing, therapy, and outcome capture that re-scores the patient over time. As one connected system, this does not exist in the market today.
Most of what happens to a patient with a struggling airway happens in fragments. A symptom here, a referral there, a treatment somewhere else, and no thread connecting any of it. The Somnus platform is that thread. Each layer below is a node in one loop, and the loop is the product.
Sense
The Nightsong app turns a phone on the nightstand into a sensor via BSA, our on-device acoustic breathing and snoring engine. You sleep; your phone listens; the platform begins to understand your nights. Works with iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, and iPad. Both operate under the FDA General Wellness Policy and are positioned in wellness terms.
Bedside Node is optional richer sense next — a roadmap hardware node on the sense track, not a requirement to start. No OEM pricing on this site.
Score
The Somnus Index is a you-vs-you wellness number for snore burden and breathing regularity over your own nights. No Index if the night was not heard. One honest number when we scored a night we actually heard — not a pretend streak filler.
Route
At launch, the Somnus Provider Directory is a patient-browsable directory of sleep-health providers sourced from public registry data. It is neutral and informational, with no credentialing claim and no selective routing, and operates in the wellness context. Routing is a roadmap capability on the device-software track.
Therapy
MORPHEX AI is a future mark — not for sale. Short mention only; not a market narrative on this page.

Outcomes
Outcomes feed back from Index nights that were actually heard — so the platform improves over time without requiring a therapy node first.

The loop closes here. Each night's outcome re-scores the patient and sharpens the platform for everyone who comes next, so the system gets smarter the longer you use it. This is the thread the open-loop market does not have.
